Describe the property and indicate whether the property will be entirely or partially rented out. Consider important factors such as maintenance status, facilities, proximity to attractions and location.
Indicate if household employees already in place will be keen to assist in the management of the property.
2. Contact ALIXEIGHT
Reach out to ALIXEIGHT to schedule a consultation.
During the consultation the renting conditions and services, including security, guest screening, maintenance, and guest support will be detailed.
3. Property assessment
Schedule a visit: Arrange an appointment with ALIXEIGHT to visit the property for an assessment.
Discuss requirements: During the visit, discuss any specific requirements or expectations you have for managing the property.
Inspection: Identification of any adaptation, repairs or maintenance needed.
Upgrade if necessary: Agreement on any necessary upgrades, such as fresh paint or updated appliances, to enhance the property's attractiveness.
4. Agreement review
